Why should I use Rekruta Hire?
Rekruta Hire is the simplest, most efficient way to hire the best tech people, period. We give you access to a highly qualified pool of candidates for in-demand roles you just can’t find anywhere else. Each of these individuals is considering new roles and has been screened through a combination of proprietary algorithms and an in-house curation team. What’s more, our platform gives insight into users’ other offers so your company can adjust your offers in real-time and hire with insight. Our process is much faster than traditional means for hiring.
How much do you charge?
Hired is completely free to users. For employers, we offer flexible payment options on a per-candidate-basis. On a per-candidate-basis, we traditionally charge 15% of the hire's first year base salary with a 100% money-back guarantee for 30 days. Alternatively, you can choose to pay 2% of the hire's annual salary per month for their first 10 months of employment. In both cases, our fee includes any candidates who are in an active interview process with your company, as defined in our terms of service.
How can my company join Rekruta Hire?
Once you submit your application, our employer curation team will evaluate your company for good financial standing, a business model or mission statement that is exciting and relevant to our candidate pool, and locations where we have a critical mass of candidates. Once accepted, you can expect to receive a fresh pool of qualified talent weekly.
What sort of candidates are on your marketplace?
Companies come to us to help find candidates for hard-to-hire tech roles like software engineers and web designers. We place entry level job seekers all the way up to C-level execs, although our sweet spot is in the two to eight years of experience range. We’ll be expanding into a variety of industries and job categories in the future, and hope to ultimately be the place all knowledge workers go to find a job they love.
Any advice for recruiting successfully?
Almost every candidate you contact on Rekruta Hire will respond to your offer, either accepting your interview request or stating a reason why they are not interested. Once you’re engaged with a candidate, our biggest piece of advice is to move quickly. Either present a paper offer, or cancel the interview process within 5-10 business days. The longer you wait, the more companies and offers you’re going to be competing against. You should always move as quickly as the candidate is comfortable with.
How do I revise an interview request if a candidate rejects the original one?
While we have a high interview acceptance rate, not every candidate will be interested in every industry vertical. In the event a candidate rejects your initial interview request, you can revise your offer in a number of ways to meet the candidate’s expectations. For example, if your interview request gets declined due to compensation, you can adjust your offer. If your interview request got declined because of location, you can update your offer to include a relocation bonus.
Where do you get all your candidates from?
We attract candidates through a combination of word-of-mouth, paid and viral marketing and our referral program. We also focus our launches in city where we have a critical mass of candidates and companies so we can ensure both parties get the full Rekruta Hire experience.
What happens if I try to hire candidates outside of the Rekruta Hire marketplace platform?
Hiring candidates outside of the Rekruta Hire marketplace platform is strictly prohibited.
